Stretchy is a contemporary womenswear label built around tailored blazers, structured dresses and everyday essentials. They needed an online store that felt as polished as the clothes, and a way to keep product imagery flowing without booking a studio for every drop.
Stretchy
Modern womenswear, shot without a single photoshoot.
About the client
Stretchy designs considered, easy-to-wear pieces for women who move between the office, the city and the evening without changing their whole look. Every collection is small, deliberate and released in quick drops, so the brand needed a digital experience that could keep pace.

What we did
We mapped the full shopping journey, from the landing page and New In edits to bestsellers, product detail and checkout, and designed a clean, editorial storefront that lets the garments do the talking.
Instead of a traditional photoshoot, we generated a consistent cast of AI fashion models and styled every piece on them. Each product is shown from multiple angles against the same warm studio backdrop, so collections look cohesive and new drops can be photographed in days, not weeks.
A clickable prototype let the Stretchy team test the flow end to end before a single line of production code was written.

Challenges
AI imagery only works if it is believable. The hardest part was keeping the same model, lighting and fabric detail consistent across dozens of products, so customers trust what they see.
We built a repeatable prompt and retouching workflow, then designed the product page around it: a large hero image, clear colour and size selectors and a single, confident Add to Bag action.

AI-powered visuals
A traditional shoot for every drop means booking models, a photographer and a studio, then waiting on retouching before a single product page can go live. For a label that releases small collections often, that cost and delay add up fast.
We replaced it with an AI model workflow. Each garment is styled on the same recurring cast, under the same light and backdrop, and a designer reviews and retouches every frame so the cut, colour and fabric match the piece customers receive.
It saves time: new drops go from sample to finished product imagery in days, not weeks. It saves cost: no studio, crew or model fees each season, so the budget goes into the collection and the store. And it fast-tracks production: the same images feed product pages, campaigns, social posts and ads, so a launch can move as quickly as the clothes are ready.
